We are a family winery from Rakvice. Winemaking has been in our family for centuries – from the vineyard to the bottle, we take care of every step ourselves.
Winemaking has been handed down from generation to generation in our family. These are the milestones that brought us here.
Our vineyards lie in Rakvice in South Moravia, in the Kozí horky site. Today our family farms 4.5 ha of its own vineyards there.
Most of the plots face south-east, a smaller part north-east. This is where the grapes grow that we can work with all year round, exactly as we imagine.
Having our own grapes to work with, and preparing them in advance exactly as we imagine, is the most essential part of the whole process for us.
Tending the vineyard, the harvest, processing the grapes, ageing in the cellar and bottling – everything happens under our supervision, so the wine in the bottle stays true to the place it comes from.
